Wii:

Super Mario Galaxy (hopefully buying it together with my sisters)
Super Smash Bros. Brawl. (oh wait, next year for us)

And maybe Metroid Prime 3. I started replaying MP1 and I'd like to get my hands on MP2.

Oh, Rayman Raving Rabbids 2! We don't have a 4-player party game yet and this seems the best one.
