And yet it would still take less time than it would to make a totally new game (since they already have all the locations, story, characters, etc written up)...

Though I guess FFXIII might not be at FFVII tech demo quality?

i really don't want a remake at tech demo quality. I want a remake in PS3 quality...

I hate to bring up an old thread, but FFVII: Advent Children has been delayed until 2010. I thought it was worthy news... :(

What the hell is Amazon smoking nowadays?! First all these high-priced games, then faulty release dates?

Anyways, the only reason it's been delayed here is because they can't find proper voice actors.

2.subs are awesome, you can get the full feeling by the tone of the japanese.
3.If you can't read the subs go to bed

I hate dubs. It's just so not realistic compared to their real voice. I have no problem with subtitles at all

I hate subtitles. I HATE them. I don't want to ****ing read while I'm watching, I wanna HEAR, and I want to understand what I'm hearing.

To hell with the original/proper voices. Give me english voices or give me death.

I myself hate having to read while watching a movie... I tend to focus on the text, and rarely actually get to watch the damn thing...

However, I hate horrible, horrible dubbing...

*drops to knees in a dramatic fashion*
I am torn...

Either way, I wanna see this damn Final Fantasy: Advent Children, and I want to see it in a legal, American-DVD-owned-by-me fashion...

I find myself watching subtitles more and more because some people just murmur. And sometimes it tells you song names or clues you in more.

subtitles rock! especially when you're trying to watching something and your family is all talking and yelling and being loud.
