Have you ever tried to kill a purple monkey dishwasher? Not an easy task. Now imagine a whole clan of them...in website form...unstoppable.

I think Krypton's been here long enough not to be a newb anymore. There is no set time for revocation of newb status, but I would put it at when you've been registered for more than 3 months and have more than 100 posts.
