honestly, I dont give a f*ck. Crash has been posting endless crap, and THAT's getting old. I'll have a little fun at his expense every chance I get. if you have a problem with it, that's good. maybe, just MAYBE, people will get the point and stop making topics that are absolutely meaningless, aside from the fact that it's baiting people like myself to make a sarcastic comment. so I do. and how was bobcat's post not sarcastic? only my response to his post...ok, that right there doesnt make a whole lot of sense. As long as I see people making anti-____ comments, I'll be glad to jump in and voice my opinion. Does it bother you? Well, sorry. I dont MEAN to bother people...I know some people are getting a laugh out of it. |

Re: Broken
This post was intended to help Vampyr fix his PS2. We don't need facts and opinions about PS2's dying out.
Thats what started the fire, and that's what gave everyone the idea that those were fanboy comments. I don't see them as Fanboy comments about PS2 being crappy hardware, but I don't see them as needed either. This topic was for Vampyr's PS2, and we didn't need statistics about the PS2 hardware. My suggestion is to invest in the PStwo because that hardware is space saving and hasn't given me ANY problems. The ps2 I had from LAUNCH still hasn't given me problems either. I've had disc read errors, but whose PS2 doesn't. I fixed that problem a long time ago and the Old ps2 works fine.... the same PS2 from launch, and it sits beside my new PStwo. The fact is that it is not a piece of crap hardware, the fact that it's getting very old, especially if you bought it back when it came out. Excluding used ones, because you know the risk of buying used consoles. The Ps2 is getting very old in terms of age, and if you haven't taken extra care for it, the age will eventually catch up with it. But like I said, I just moved my lens gear and it fixed everything. I've got 2 PS2's that work great. For all the other cases... the ps2 is an old system... will be 5 years, this October. If you're a PS2 owner, I would try to get it fixed if it's crapping out. Only reason is, you'll want to trade it in, towards a new PS3.... hehehe |
Re: Broken
My ps2 won't even turn on now.
I went away for the weekend for an Academic Team competition, and my dad and brother took the liberty of opening it up and trying to fix it. So even if it had a warranty, it doesn't matter now. |
Re: Broken
Oh boy.... that Void if Seal Broken sticker....
Warranty has been diminished. Best bet is to invest in the Pstwo... one of my better investments of the year... |
