Global warming rather frightens me.

I think we all need to make an effort to stop polluting. Don't think just because you're one person you can't make a difference. If everyone thinks like that, nothing gets done.

I recycle and don't drive. I'm doing my part. I hope all of you do yours.

(not that I'm saying don't drive)

The point is that humans burn fossil fuels and thereby input CO2 into the atmosphere. Cows and ricefields (:rolleyes: ) only recycle it.

Wood is a 'clean' fuel, because trees absorb CO2 from the air and put it in the wood (sorry, dunno the proper English terms) which we burn again. So it's a closed cycle.
