Why do they all match up until you get to double digits past 10? That is confusing.

I really hope that this doesn't cause issues with people. That could be a case for voting fraud that Republicans can make, and I really don't want to see a bunch of court cases come up.

It was photoshopped. The "1" was removed before the last 3 options. I don't think they would put "Candidate Disqualified" on the bill, but that's where I'd vote for Bush/Cheney.
