That program (for Windows) will allow you to use your GMail account as a web based hard drive. Any file under 5MB uses the correct space - but after 5MB the file will take up 10MB. So something 7MB on your hard drive will take up 10MB of Gmail space. If Gmail ever supports files larger than 10MB then it will continually use the next increment of 5MB space.
I got this Windows version off of a torrent site and couldn't find anything but Linux versions online so I just hosted it on my website.
