I would think someone that age would have trouble seeing above the steering wheel but I don't know, maybe he adjusted the seat or is above average size? At least he wasn't a troubled maniac.

The boy reported some problems during the trip, saying the 1995 Chevrolet ran out of gasoline at one point, but that he continued on his way after some construction workers helped him out.
What the hell? You know your country is stupid and doesnt thinkl about things when constuction workers give gas to an 11 year old kid. They had to have seen him drive off on his own.
After locking himself out of the car when he stopped to use a restroom in Callao, he went to the post office and asked for help.
Ok, this kid actually drives successfully, not crashing, he stops, buys things, asks for gas, yet he cant remember to take the keys with him.
I think he should get his license now. Why not. I say let people take the test whenever they want. If they can pass the test, that means they are good enough at driving. If an 11 year old can drive, let him take the test. Why not.

Yes, I know that the country of nearly 300 million people is stupid because of the actions of a few people. Your logic is off the charts.

You see, that my friend, is where you are wrong.
I never claimed to have, or be using any form of logic. I thought people understood that by now. :p

i say no...u cant ;let a 10 year old drive a vehicle on the road *even if he IS good at it*....because a kid is a kid....immaturity behind a wheel may(will most likely) cause lives....ex: speeding for no reason, dangerously changing lanes, playing with headlights and beaming people...etc. (kids would love to do 'fun' things like this). a driver should b responsible for the lives of the public on the road and kids are just not reponsible...theyre not experienced and they dont know how to handle difficult situations....they cry...lol
so therefore...this is a bad bad idea....lol

Wow, he ended up pretty close to me. Macon County is only 30 miles south of where I go to school.
