That sucks man.

I hate it when anybody, equal or superior, act like they are smarter then everyone when they are obviously wrong. And then they act so stubborn and nothing you can say can prove them wrong so you just shut up to get over it.

I hate people as well. I made the mistake of letting my mom find out though. Now shes considering putting me in therapy. :(

So yeah, hope you can get your classes switched and everything.

Sh*tty.

On a school related topic, i doubt i will graduate on time. Its not that im stupid, its just that since my friend died i cant concentrate on anything, and i just dont care about anything anymore. Like in Math, I have only done 1 day of it so far, which was the day before they found his body, now i cant concentrate while im trying to do Math.

Like, i cant even god damn do compound friggin' interest. If i was in the right state of mind maybe, but right now i have no hope in hell of passing Math.

And a tutor wont help, because it wouldnt change anything.

But aaaanywyas, yeah, thats just really really lame man.

If you knew math wasn't your best subject, why'd you go for AP Chemistry? Seems like you should have just taken standard chemistry and reserved the advanced placement for a subject you felt confident in like English or something, whatever your favorite academic subject is.

But I sympathize for your troubles with the staff. Since your taking the initiative to do extra work and stuff if you switched, I think they should let, actually I think they should have to let you. It's one thing if you want to drop a class late, but if you just want to switch, it seems like they shouldn't be able to stop you from doing that, only advice you against it...you should find out if they're violating your rights, they might be deceiving you and taking advantage of you.

Plenty of teachers have said that if a student really wanted to switch classes, a call from their parents would take care of it if nothing else worked. But taking AP chemistry when you hate math? I don't get that. I hated Honors Chemistry last year, but I highly doubt I'll be doing AP this year even though I got a B. Hmmm, maybe I should take it and then have Chemistry for my SAT II......nah!

Pre-AP Chemistry? They have Pre AP courses now?! What's becoming of our school systems when kids have to take Pre AP courses? As if taking an AP course by itself wasn't enough. I only fear what my kids and their kids will have to do in high school just to get into college, sheesh.
