Here's an extract from the new PSM here in Europe.
"Eventually, we reach the trolley station and a new garage, Transfender. This is the big one - a place where you can pimp your ride and customise your cars to the nth degree. it's what all the GTA message boards have been calling for. Does it deliver? Ye-es. Let's explain. We're staring at a Japanese-style muscle car (the one we nicked) and a menu with seven custom options: Exhausts, Front Bumper, Rear Bumper, Roof, Spoilers, Wings and Wheels. Jeff scrolls through some car colours (with the left analogue) as the car morphs from deep blue to rude yellow. Jeff works through the options methodically, as the car evolves from its frumpy shape into pimp-ass flowing curves (FYI: a standard from bumper costs $970, so you'll need to save). Add the rude chrome rims and - yes - we've just got one hell of a ride. It's like something out of Need For Speed Underground or Juiced. But, best of all, you can customise almost every car in the game.
One warning mind. The customisation does nothing to the performance of your car. It's purely aestheric (though it should boost your Total Respect bar). The only way to make your car faster is to fit a nitro, accessed by holding O + X mid-ride. And the nitro is fast."
There's also a few new photos featuring their version of the Golden Gate bridge as well as some confirmed vehicles (including a cement mixer!) and radio stations. Still no confirmed songs, but they did say there's a classic house tune in there."
