Err... In a way.

Cheney and few others I also wouldn't like to see either.

Either way I'm going to get drafted I think.

Fine, don't support Bush who is supporting our men fighting in Iraq.

That's your choice, but I'd rather support the guy that's behind the people that are dying in Iraq. You could blame the death's on Bush, or you could support the cause.

I support my country, and right now, Bush is our leader. Not Kerry. You can support your can of Peanut Butter all you want when it gets elected.

I can't appreciate the "humor" of your avatar when some 900+ people have died in Iraq.

Im sure as much as Kerry doesnt support the war, he supports the men in Iraq. I dont support the war, yet i support the people in Iraq.

And he cant demonstrate that he doesnt like Bush just because there is a war? Looks like the tactic is working.

And those "some 900+ people" were killed because of something Bush pretty much did. I dont feel like arguing, so i'll stop.

Hmmm.....Bush sr. Declared war on Iraq resulting in the Gulf War.....Dubya declared war on Iraq too....I say from this point on the war is unnessecary, they made Iraq a free nation, which is what they set out to do, but now too many peoples lives are getting messed up from being sent there when they were told they didnt have to go, and resulting in deaths. They did what they said, now they should leave.

Actually, Mr. Kerry does support the war in Iraq, at least right now. Maybe you should make sure you're up to date with his constantly changing opinions.

They did what they said, now they should leave.
That is the dumbest thing I have heard all day. If the coalition left Iraq right now it would result in a civil war.

Crono

Yeah, in response to Tyhpoid's "they should leave" comment. It is a really stupid idea. Did you know that even to this day, US military bases are still located in Japan and Germany?

They have to keep the peace and make sure things go the way they're supposed to if Iraq is to ever become prosperous. Could you imagine if the US "just left" Germany after WWII? Some Hitler loyalist could have done something... who knows. Well actually the USSR would have occupied the rest of Germany but you get the point.

Bush held a gun to Sadam's head. We can't leave Iraq. We insisted that there were weapons of mass destruction, and now we have to hold our course. If we pull out, we will be humiliated, on a national level. Other countries could lash out at us, and be righteous in their actions.

And whatever feelings you have on Bush Typhoid, drop them, because they mean jack right now. Your opinion was valid, back when we were deciding whether to go to war with Iraq, but now it's just Anti-Bush hypocrisy. Bush is the one calling the shots in Iraq, so you better support the guy. And if Kerry gets elected, he's going to be callnig the shots too. The War On Iraq isn't going anywhere, and maybe Bush was the cause, but he's the one trying to solve the problem. Kerry is going to do the same things that Bush has been doing, and the people fighting in Iraq aren't going to magically stop dying.

If you don't support Bush, that's like saying you don't support the War On Iraq, and if you don't support the war, it's saying you don't support the men fighting. How can you support the guys fighting if you don't support the cause? That's just retarded.

And if you honestly don't respect Bush, but you respect the war on Iraq, then I guess you win.

In all seriousness here, show me where i said i didnt support Bush? I dont like him as a president, but i support what he does in the war.

I dont have to support him you know. Do you support the leader of France? what about North Korea? I dont even have to support my own countries leader. Just because he invaded a country is no grounds for me to support him either. Lots of rulers over history have invaded countries and havent had support. Some people like war some people dont. Its all personal opinion. How they were rasied to believe in things.

And recently i dont remember saying Bush was a bad guy. I said what he did was bad, and i dont like it, but I havent recently critisized him, not to my knowledge anyways.

I only support the troops in Iraq. I don't support the war overall and I'm not getting into the reasons why because this thread is already out of control thanks to Gremlin.

I don't support Bush either. That doesn't make me anti-american or anything. I don't support what he does sometimes.

So go back to eating your Freedom Fries and hating French Wine gremlin.

and Moogle, sorry for adding fuel to the fire and making the thread even more offtopic but I had the urge to :(

I was just saying because its about Moogles avitar and i was trying to divert conversation from politics. I know perfectly well were to normally post it, hence my gagillions of posts.

I was trying to make people forget about the arguing with a cat in a hat.

EDIT: Woo, i got a minus rep for trying to divert an argument. man i love this.

Alright, I'd like to step in and say three things.

Typhoid and Killer Gremlin sound the same when they argue. They both have good ideas but don't structure their arguments well enough.

Let Moogle not like Bush if he wants to. What gives you the right to give him a hard time about it?

Move to France you p***y.

Very mature. You say Typhoid's argument was made in valid by something he said. I think this makes YOUR argument invalid. And what's wrong with the French?

Excuse me for saying this, but that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

I don't support Bush, or the War on Iraq.

That doesn't mean I don't support the soldiers. In fact I do support them. It's not their fault Bush is an idiot. They're doing what they have to do. They signed up for the army. It's not like they can magically leave the army. I'm sure most of them would quit the army right now if they could. If they were to try though their lives would be ruined. So might as well go.

I hope Bush can deal with the blood of 1000 men on his hands.
