Sweet... it looks dark! I am quite pumped up for this, especially after the last two were set in like futuristic Gothams, which I was not a fan of.

Who is directing this one? Thats ther important question. Tim Burton kept close to the comic, while Schumacher or whomever the moron who did the later versions was followed the TV series.

It does look dark, though, which is a good sign. I just hope they don't try and re-write the whole damn story.

Directed by Christopher Nolan who did Memento.

I just think its too soon to be starting the batman movie franchise over. Yeah the last two sucked but Tim Burton's were great.

Like Danny said it's being directed by Chris Nolan who did Memento and Insomnia.

Though Tim Burton's movies were pretty sweet, they really didn't keep too close to the comic book character, such as the fact that he kills freely in the movie or atleast a bit less caring of his foes.

Well, I know this will be hard pressed to get anyone to believe this, but it's supposed to be a re-start of the franchise so it's not related to the other movies, it's not supposed to be a prequel or sequel or anything else, but being that by the time it's released it would only be 8 yrs after the most recent movie, it will be hard to prove that to anyone.

I believe you. It's a decent idea. I just don't want to see more bombed movies given a second attempt.

Well, I believe in giving everything a second chance, and if it's a good movie and removes the stink of the last Batman movie (I personally am a fan of Batman Forever since I believe it does have some redeeming qualities), and also Batman is one of my favorite fictional characters so to see him on the big screen with another chance is always good for me.

The trailer looked very cool in my opinion. It is different from the last two that came out. I will definitely see it.

Summer 2005!

That's a whole year from now.

That sucks.

Batman is probably my favorite comic cartoon. I never really liked the spiderman cartoons.

So ya, I've always liked batman.

Im just stickin in a post before i leave for sh*ts and giggles. That way, if i die a horrible death, you'll have a stupid post to remember me by. Because, lets face it thats what i do best, make stupid pointless posts.

But anyways, i actually cant wait for this movie, because i like Batman, despite everything, i've liked the Batman movies, i honestly dont think there is one i dont like.

Heart of Ice is good stuff.

See No Evil is one of those weird Episodes IMO.

Appointment in Crime Alley is nice, but I like "I Am the Night" more even though that's on a later set.

I would go with Heart of Ice, Fear of Victory, Beware of the Gray Ghost, I like thw Two-Face two parter, P.O.V is one of those weird ones I love, The Forgetten is good stuff, and The Clock King one of my favorite lower tier villians.

I think the word is Vol 2 is due before X-Mas along with Superma Season 1

Looks promising, I can't wait to see some more revealing trailers in the future. In between now and the movie date, I'll probably educate myself on the story of Batman and his history and stuff.
