Ok two years ago I brought the entire Kenshin Box set off of ebay, the DVDs were good and everything was cool, but now whenever I pop in a disc and start watching it, about 2 hours into any of the DVDs, the DVDs either stick or they keep giving me these weird colour botches or I start getting these pixels all over the screen and the anime becomes unwatchable ( I don't even get sound) I tried cleaning them but that didn't work, and I'm fresh outta ideas, so do any one you guys or girls know what is going on?

That's probably why they were on ebay...

If its scratched, see if there is a place that can "professionaly" clean the disk. I know we have a couple here that clean disks for only $3 which is nice but do a much better job then say a GameDr. If you don't, pickup a gamedr and try it. Its the next best option.

The disc has been cleaned by a pro but I'll probadly still check around and see what someone else can do.

THey're suppose to be the real deal, and I can't find any proof that they're not, after all they did come in an orginal box set and they don't look like burns but if they are, hats off to that guy. But let's pretend that they are burnt, then what would suggest Null old chap.

Hmmmmmmm I might have to try some of that DVD filler thingy. Thx Ty
Oh yeah BAB go and ....go and *thinks of something mean to say* watch Gigli a thousand times

well if they were burned your just screwed. i was just curious, cuz i know people who have bought CD's off ebay and ended up being burned copies when they recieved them.

Why don't you burn of the copy of them, and see if the copies perform better?

Well, that sounds like the exact same problem I got when watching Amelie and another movie. It turned out my DVD drive was just dirty; as soon as I cleaned it it was fine.

Yeah I tried ripping em but it doesn't work after it gets to a certain spot it sticks there. :'( , I'll try Dyne's suggestion although i tried the DVDs on 2 other drives, oh well it can't hurt to clean it.

Thx for all the suggestions guys.
