By 2005, Seoul's Digital Media City - one of several housing and business developments - should deliver 51Mbps broadband connectivity to every resident, and 622mbps to local businesses, according to this Chigago Tribune story. "Everything is measured in terabytes, gigabytes and megabytes while harnessing a broadband connection with a wireless overlay so they can shift gears in any kind of emerging environment," a US real estate developer notes after touring South Korean housing developments.
