Cash,because Cheques can bounce. I hate getting cheques, i hate it with a passion.

I voted cash but I actually prefer my debit card. The only time I use checks is to pay bills through the mail. And to get money, I actually prefer check.

Debit card. I only carry cash or get it if a place doesn't take a Visa. Don't like checks because of the time spent writing on it (annoying for me at least).

I like checks because then I can deposit them and use the money via my debit card like others have said. And checks can deposited in a teller machine while for cash you have to go in and do it with a real person.
