Quite the entertaining day.
I beat Disgaea (finally!) and then had Typhoid over for some Driv3r playing. We're a formidable team. When we get to levels that we get stuck on, I handle the driving and he handles the shooting.
I called up Dyne and asked him if he wanted to go see Spider-Man 2. He was down with that. So he drove us up there. Our theatre has a DDR Extreme machine there so of course Dyne had to go show off his skills. He played this really crazy song and got some compliments from a woman that had her kids with her in the arcade. She was a cutie. Also while we were in the arcade we played a game of air hockey. It was intense. I barely won.
We got into our specific theatre and played a bit of Mario Golf on the GBA. A couple guys came in and introduced the movie and did a bit of trivia. The question was, "What is the newspaper that Peter Parker works for?" I put my hand up and they pointed to me. The answer of corse was the Daily Bugle. They threw me a Spier-Man 2 t-shirt which I gave to my brother.
I don't want to say anything about the movie for those who haven't seen it yet. But it's awesome.
After the movie, we drove around and watched some of the Canada Day fireworks. It was a nice way to end the evening.
