PCStats.com has just given the GeForce FX5900XT a surprising amount of praise (I haven't heard them this excited in a long while). I would definitely suggest any of you getting a new video card to check it out. With just a $175 ($156 OEM, barebone) pricetag you almost can't go wrong...

Sound's great. But I'm an Ati person so I don't need this card

I generally am too. But looking at the specs of this card and considering I can get it from New Egg (great replacement policies) for the price I can, I thought it was definitely more worthwhile than anything ATI is currently offering (obviously temporary, but that changes nothing right now).

I'm going to buy a new card maybe in two months, but maybe it'll take more than that. I'll keep an eye on this one.
