Has any one else played these two together? They are synchronized if you didn't know. First you have to start the movie, then at the third roar of the MGM(or whatever company it is) lion, you start the album. It's crazy because for the most part, because the songs start on the scene changes. The lyrics work with what happens too. Try it out some time. Of course the movie is longer than the album, so there is another thing you can do. If you replay the album 1 1/2 more times, then it will go through to the end of the movie, and more crazy still will happen. I still have to try playing it for 2 1/2 times myself. I only had time to play the album once through. Try it out. Oh, and if you didn't know, Dark Side of the Moon is by Pink Floyd. I know not everyone knows of it, so you can just buy the disc, or borrow it.

That's creepy. Now that I have summer, I'm inclined to try that out..

I've come to that conclusion as well. If it was done by accident, then it would be a miracle. If it was done purposely, it was done really really well. The real question is, who found out how to do this? But if it was done purposely..Pink Floyd might have told someone...and then it probably spread. If it was an accident, then not only is that a miracle, but the fact that someone thought of doing it. It was most likely done on purpose though....in my opinion.

Exactly.
Someone had to be informed about it. Who in their right mind would just think of that out of the ordinary?

A couple of guys were talking about this in my PC repair class back when school was still in. I've been inclined to try it...but havnt gotten around to it.
One of them said that one of Pink Floyd's other albums "The Wall", was in sync with one of the original Star Wars movies.

The Wall, in sync with the Star Wars movies? Give me a break. If that's true, then Pink Floyd did all of this synchronization on purpose.
You should try the DSotM and Wizard of Oz thing. It's really freaky, and if you go to that site, it shows all of the things that happen, but only if you play the album through once while the movie is going.

Obviously the guys in my PC repair class didnt know what they were talking about...according to this website, "the wall" is in sync with Disney's Alice in Wonderland. Check it out. Apparantly a lot of their albums are in sync.

Alright...if that's true, then obviously they did it purposely. Maybe I'll try a few of those out since I have some of those albums..

Yeah..I own that movie... I was kind of speechless the first time I saw it. But anyway, I suppose your point was that Pink Floyd is a little messed up, and they would be ones to do something like this synchronization.

Yeah, my friend as a video he must of got from the internet that has both the movie and music synched automatically, so no hassle which was nice. I've never watched the whole thing through, but it's interesting to watch for a little bit.

When you watch the movie with synchronized music, do you feel scared?

No. For the most part, you're waiting for the next awesome thing to happen in a synchronized fashion.

I've seen it (download it from Kazza or Aries). It's kinda cool in the coincidences.
But anyone who has happened to be listening to music while watching muted TV (especially cartoons like Tom and Jerry or the like) can attest, those kind of coincidences happen a lot.
The Wizard of Oz stuff doesn't match up well enough that it's believable, but it's cool to watch.

I think it might be up in the air.
On one hand it does fit quite nicely, but on the other it could be a super-total coincidence. Or an acid trip..
