I've noticed I'm a little slimmer recently. But it didn't hit me until I stepped on the scale 15 minutes ago. I've lost 10 pounds. I thought I'd have to excersize like hell to lose weight.

I've only been eating healthy food over the last two weeks (grains, fruits, vegetables, a little dairy and whatever dinner my mom makes for me which is where I get my carbs and protein). I coupled this with semi regular excersize. I haven't had any junk food over the last two weeks. You know what? I don't miss it.

People think the key to losing weight is eating less. That's quite untrue. They real key is eating more. But it has to be food that is good for you. Instead of chips, I eat shreddies. Just make substitutions. I have a lot more energy. I'm doing better in school. I'm really together mentally and not to mention I'm getting slim.

Don't keep eating junk food, you guys. Eat healthy and you'll be a lot happier.

I have to go after school and buy a couple of notebooks for writing my film ideas and rough drafts and such. I'm just sticking to short films this summer. Next Saturday I'll sit down and finish all of my synopsises. I'll make sure to share them with you. That's all for now.

cool.

I'm complete vegetarian. I don't miss meat and the health benefits are great.

Keep of the work and make sure you exercise.

So Dylflon, are you still keeping with your new healthy diet? How's it going? Also, how do you stay motivated to eat healthy like that? Don't you ever get tempted or crave a fast-food item or something generally unhealthy? If so, how do avoid giving in to the craving? Since my last post, I haven't yet started eating healthy like I said I would but I want to start soon.

Oh also, does a part of healthy eating include eating 3 times a day, because I stopped eating breakfast at the beginning of last school year and now I don't really ever eat breakfast. Is this healthy for me to be doing or should I begin eating 3 square meals a day?

If I lose any weight, im going to die, your diet plan is a deathtrap.

Edit: actually I changed my mind, healthy food rocks the socks!

In response to your inquiry, GM:

The diet is gonig well. I'm not eating junk but I have also eased off on eating as much as I should be. So I haven't lost a lot more weight. But with the added effects of excersize, I should be losing more mass soon enough.

Your breakfast should be a really big meal. It's hard to do it with the way our day's work though.

The meal that should be the smallest is supper, yet it usually is the biggest.

Some people think that you should eat 3 meals a day and some think that snacking is fine as well. I've heard that snacking doesn't give your digestive system any rest though. Not sure.

Yeah dinner is the worst, most people don't do any activities from dinner to sleep, so they never burn off the weight
