New friends, movies and final exams

I have this tendency to make friends with some people near the end of the semester. I always end up kicking myself for not talknig to these people earlier because they turn out to be awesome. I started talking to this girl Kim last week and we're fast becomming good friends. We sepnt 3 hours talking on the phone yesterday.

The amount of attention and recognition I've been getting for my films since awards night has been crazy. All sorts of people are congratulating me and asking me things about my movies and...it's nuts. I made these films months ago so they're old news to me. But everyone else is just getting on the bandwagon now. It's pretty neat and REALLY flattering. People I don't know will approach me in the hallway and say good job or congratulations.

"Hey, great job on those movies, Dylan."

"Uh...thanks...you."

Now everyone wants on board for my summer projects. Everyone is getting really excited about them. I even have some people offering to fund some of my projects...sorta like producers on a small scale.

Speaking of producers, the executive producer on the show my dad is working on (Dead Like Me, I think it's on ShowTime...check it out if you can. I read a couple of the scripts and it looks really good.) invited me on set to shadow him for a couple days so I can learn how the set works and how to handle a huge crew. It should prove to be a good experience.

I'm considering applying for a grant from Telefilm Canada so I can make one of my films. I need to rent a bus for a few days as almost all of the movie takes place on the bus. Telefilm Canada funds people who make all kinds of crappy movies. I figure I could make something decent so why shouldn't they give me money?

My friend and I are seriously considering starting up a production company. We don't have money so it's mainly jsut for show. But it'd be nice to have a company name to tag all of our movies with. We have a name picked out and everything. "Rinse Cycle Productions". I think it's pretty catchy. By the end of the summer I definently want to have a website up to put all of my films on. I'm trying to talk Dyne into doing web design for it.

I want to start going nuts on all my film projects when summer arrives. So I have to start writing the scripts. I'm just to dead recently to do any writing. But I only have 5 school days left, then exams, then it's all over. I've never wanted summer so bad. When I get any scripts done, I'll post them for you to have a look at. You can critique them if you wish or provide ideas.

On the subject of exams, I'm ripping my hair out trying to get prepared for my Math final. The Socials final should be a piece of cake though. I'm getting pretty stressed out right now.

I should probably be studying for my Canadian government test...so I'm going to go do that now.

And maybe some of them are trying to be your friends now to try get a part in your movies? Just remember who has been your freind longer than they have :p .

Man, The math final is gonna blow ginormous chunks. I gotta pull down a C+ on the Math final AND the English final to pass the courses. Im hoping its mostly MC...because then its all easy.



And back toi the movies, i mean, i was there before anyone else wanted a part, but you throw me aside like an old gym sock. or pair of shoes or something. I don't know, i must go work on my analogies.

Nice to hear about all of your activities involving films and such. Starting up a small production company is a very good idea...Our band started our own production/recording company called "Spintonic Productions/Recordings" and it has made our productivity increase because it it seems more serious...We release our own magazines, CD's, T-shirts, movies, etc. Anything we make ourselves is a Spintonic Production...It's just nice to have something to call your creations.

Typhoid is mad because I didn't give him a part that he wanted. We had to have someone in our group play it or said person would have done absolutely nothing.

Most of the people offering to be in the films are acting students. That's good. Because I see them act regularily (being the only directing student in the class).

Thats a pretty bold statement, in the fact you seem to know my motivation in saying what i said. Dont assume things. Im not mad about that anymore, because that was a while ago. All i was saying is that maybe a few of them might justr want acting parts. Not all, just a few. Think about it, they are all in your acting class, and they never talked to you so much before they knew you made movies. Think about it, there is a chance that a couple of them might be into that.

Actually, the only new person in that class that's been talking to me is Kim. I've been talking to everyone else for months. Kim and I didn't really know eachother that well before. But we talk all the time now.

Typhoid, you can be an extreme asshole sometimes. What the hell do you know about who I talk to? And if you say that your responses are the same as the ones in GM's screen, you're an even bigger jerk for saying stuff about me behind my back. Considering that I'm friends with more people than you are, I talk to a lot of different people. And I talk to a lot of different girls. The ladies I talk to range from a little nasty to Brittney Alexander (hottest girl in our grade IMO). I'm really rather tired of having you read my blog. Everything you have to say is negative and most of the things you say are untrue. I read Dyne's blog all the time and only say positive things.

Everyone else manages to do this just fine. But you act as if I'm lying to everyone in my blog. Why the hell would I do that? So strangers would think I'm cool? No. I'm not a loser. You need to quit being an asshole, Sean and quit being so full of yourself.

And Dylan, calm down, seriously, (this is turning into an after-school special) i didnt say that, and he cut out the part where i said i was kidding. And i agree i said what i said in those screens, but he changed what he said, so its out of context....Like in grade 7 when you walked up to Tami and said " Can i have a dick-" referring to a dictionary, but got cut off. Same difference, they are both out of context, and therefore both taken wrongly.

And i have nothing wrong with your blogs, i give you a hard time, because im your friend and ultimately an asshole who doesnt know when to stop making lame jokes. And what i'm doing isnt being full of myself. And yes, Britanny Alexander is super hot. Soooo hot. Ultimately she is hot.

I for one believe Typhoid...

I hope you guys arent taking what GM posted seriously. It's just one of his games. GM is comparable to a...jester. He does stuff like this all the time, and it's usually funny unless people take it seriously. I find GM's antics funny. Just think for a second...why would he deliberatly try to start an argument between Typhoid and Dylan by posting that? He has no motive. He doesnt have a grudge against either of them. It's obviously a game. GM is a pretty smart guy, and his is playing this game of trickery to the max. lol.

If you notice in Typhoids last post, GM plants the idea for Typhoid to take a screen and post it to prove his innocence. Once again, just another step in his game. He knew before typhoid did it that he was going to post that. lol. Brilliant.

I believe GM planted the idea to try and resolve the problem he had caused. He may also see the possibility that Dylan will be cynical enough to think Typhoid edited the photo. On one hand, the madness is over and the problem is resolved. On the other hand, GM sats back and watches anarchy insue again. I dont think he saw me coming, though. ;)

So you can believe GM's manipulated screens, or Typhoid. Believing typhoid seems far more logical to me.

So, if we rightfully assume that GM edited the photo's, then we know his motive: anarchy. Fun to watch, but not always good for the people involved.

Now, to support my case, we must examin the photo GM posted. Look at the messeges that typhoid sent. Notice how the tops of his music notes quite a bit of distance away from the messege sent before it? Well, start up a convo with someone with music notes in their name, if you will. You will immediatly notice that in YOUR msn chat box, the tops of music notes are almost touching the messege sent before it. Thus, we can conclude GM has taken out certain messeges, perhaps the words "j/k", sent by Typhoid. Also, notice that the messeges in the chatbox on GM's pic arent evenly spaced. Some are closer together than others.

It was a brilliant game played by GM. He's quite the intelligent guy. But tell me, Jeff, did I win? :D

OO OOO OOOOO GM just got owned by Vampyr I mean he got super served congrats to Vampyr and by the way i dont usually talk all servish its just funny because of those skids in the movie hehe anywayz wut Gm did was funny but u got to be careful with that kind of stuff it can lead to a lot a crap like in this circumstance...
