Well, that does it... the new Zelda game gave the last little push. Time I buy a second console.

Good choice. Wasn't it just a week or 2 ago that Hero2 said the 'Cube was his worst purchase ever?;)
But as I said when zelda mature was announced, this will sell 'Cubes and if Nintendo doesnt market/hype the hell out of it like MS is gonna do with Halo2, then I feel every executive at Nintendo should be fired on the spot.

Stoney C suspects a price drop by the end of the year as a huge push by N with MP2, this zelda and the other heavy hitters, if Zelda is what you really want, it might be worth waiting.

And yet even with the new zelda comming out Steel battalion and the cube are now even on the "wasted money" chart...the 50 double cheeseburgers are up there too. :D

They'd push it below $100 while PS2 is finally lowering to $150? Hmmm, a thought that actually passed through my mind once. But, while I'd like to wait it out and get a $75 'Cube, I'd also like to get some of the other old games a test so that I will have no temptations standing between me and Zelda.
So yeah, Zelda's not all that I want. I haven't played a good game for ages... must... stop... hoarding... money.

A thought passed through my mind once...that was a long time ago....
...is it just me, or does anyone else see themselves virtually buying every game/console that will be announced at E3...whats happened to me...

Good choice.
I havnt been this excited about video games....in years. With SF2, the new Zelda, MP2...and then all those PS2 rpg's. Wow. Video games are FINALLY good again, I think. I cannot express my excitement with mere words...for they would not do it justice. Let's just say I'm really happy, and very excited for these games to hit the shelves.
I'll be using all my money to buy these new games, and I dont regret that at all. It's more than worth it to experiance fun games again.

Well, in that case, Metroid Prime, the first Super Monkey Ball (SMB2 Blows) and Eternal Darkness are all good and cheap.
