I would just like to point out. i am the frogger god. :p

I hearby retire from the professional world of frogger as champion. I proclaim my score as unbeatable (ok really i dont even know if its good. but if the damn game was more then 1 level i sure as hell would be higher)


ok honestly i just want ppl to beat it so i have a higher goal to aim for. The frogger god is tired of beating his own scores. lol :p

But does anyone know how frogger actually scores? I've tested faster times. they dont always give you higher scores. (as my high was done in about HALF your time :p )
i've tested hoping at the targes cented more and they dont always give you higher scores.

so what the hell is it?

Well, I just assumed the targets closer to the sides gave you more points.. But I am not positive.

Yea they do. highest as far as i know is the one far to the left wich is supposed to be the hardest to get.

However you get differnet scores each time. i've gotten a 160 on that first target at the left before. othertimes i've gotten 150, it almost seems random as to what it gives you cuz i've been dead center before and gotten a lower score.

Set amount of points for each taget times amount of time on your clock.

That wouldnt make sence then if you look at the top scores. Lower times are lower on the list sometimes.

And i figured out the scoring system which helps cuz i know what to aim for now. :)

Dylflon was basically right.
Theres a set amount of points for each target, and it gets added to your time.

so i guess the higher times are because of wasting time and deaths then they did it quickly on the next life.

I sent a pm to someone asking who finds the games. Cuz isnt there a better frogger game out there? perhaps one with MULITPLE levels?

[EDIT] also i read someone something about a 2 player hockey game for the arcade? that would seriosly kick ass. or any hockey game at all if you cand find one.

Multi-player is a feature they plan to include in the future, but i'll check on that hockey.
