"How You Remind Me" and "Someday" are played in each speaker channel. Someday is sped up slightly so the tempos match.
I was laughing when I heard this.

Who sings what song?
I don't get what we're supposed to be commenting on, could you explain?
Edit: Ok, I think understand, both songs are being combined to create a new, cool hybrid song. Its nicely matched up.

Nickelback is the band singing both songs. Each speaker channel contains a song. One has the single "Someday" while the other has the single "How You Remind Me". Now, these singles are constantly played on the radio. However these singles sound drastically alike. If you listen to both of them at the same time, which the MP3 is showing you, you can hear the vast similarites of the singles. Both of these singles are on the same album.
It basically proves Nickelback as a cookiecutter band.

I heard it and I realized how similar they are, so I figured that that's what you meant. I don't listen to them anyway, so it doesn't matter much to me.

Thanks for telling me that gossip. I will remember it.
Why?:
said realized how similar they are so you figured that that is what me meant.
Would you ever do listen to them anyway so it does not matter much to him or her?

yep, that's what i was going to say...

I know a good word to use here - cookiecutter. :)

I agree that they all sound the same, but i can say i have 2 of their CD's .....and if by cookiecutter band you mean that all their songs sound the same its because they do. They do what works, they've done it for 2 CD's and its worked so far, So i dont see a problem with that, they're just trying to make money. And name some bands then that arn't cookiecutter bands, bands that each song is unique...

name two bands? Thats too much of an easy task... but i'll name four bands which their songs sound way different and unique from each album.
Incubus from Enjoy Incubus to A Crow Left of the Murder their sound has changed drastically.
Coheed and Cambria's vocal and guitar arrangements are just sick and are always innovative.
Dead Poetic is another great band that just reflects diversity. All their songs are so different which is why i can listen to the same album more than once.
Emery one of my favorite new comers is also great.
All these bands change their sounds and songs, and don't use the same arrangement and chords as Nickelback did with those two songs. I have a better word for cookiecutter, and that's Amatuer.

ooooooooo.......just so you understand, im not mad at this, but, all good bands have sounded remotely the same. Like the Beatles...they sound almost the same on every song. why? Because it worked the first time, so why fix something that isnt broken? Nickelback sold tons of copies with their second album, which is their current sound, but flopped with their first one: Curb. because the sound was too different, they re-released Curb, and yet again no one bought it because they didnt like the sound. So i dont blame them for going with what works, it makes them money and that was their goal.( im also defending them because they are from Vancouver, and because the radio station i listen to descovered them)

The Beatles
Two good albums to compare are, Meet the Beatles and Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band.

i think the important thing to remember here is that there is a big difference between having the same sound and having the songs/tunes/chords
