if we're talking for personal use I'd say first place would be Mazda RX-7
and runner up Honda2000 (cant remember years, and ill post pics later)

but if it's for going out and stuff i'd say Mazda RX-8 (which i dont think is under $30K) and...well, thats about it :p

Yeah, that would be mine as well. However, if it's not just limited to cars, then I would probably go for a Jeep Cherokee. The rest of the money out of the 30k would be used for various off-road accessories.
