Would someone please tell me how to convert 250ml into kg?

are you sure you have those two right? i haven't had science in about a year and a half but from what i remember, you don't usually have to convert liquid measurement (milo-litres) to dry measurement (kilograms)
of course, i could be totally off my rocker

Milliliters into Grams: Multiply the specific gravity of the substance by the number of milliliters, to obtain the weight in grams.
1 kilogram (kg) = 1000 grams
Use that information.

You can also do it if you know the density of the substance.
