So how do you watch movies at home?
I have a 5.1 dolby surround set on my computer. I want to have a good video-out cable from my PC to TV so I can watch the DVDs on a better screen.

Does anybody know if there is a S-Video calbe that ends in RGB??? If you know what I mean??

Video Card: S-Video---------------------------------RGB :TV
:)

Yesterday I put my spiffy relaxed chair in the middle of the speakers and watched Bruce Almighty. :p

At home I just watch it on my TV with a pretty basic stereo system, nothing special. Here at school the only method I have to watch DVD's is on my computer and it works out alright. I watch VHS's on my little 12 inch TV/VCR combo...

I watch movies on a standard DVD player hooked up to a standard TV with built-in standard TV speakers. Nothing special or premium here and it doesn't bother me at all.

Home Theatre.. 49 inch flatscreen, 5.1 setup, the whole shebang.. often times I even game on it. :D

I can also watch movies from downstairs on my Xbox (which I like to do) on a 27-inch. This is where I do all gaming if not upstairs.

I also have my little Laptop that I use for a computer in my room. It's got a DVD drive, but I mostly download movies and watch them here at night with some really good headphones.

Wow, I cant believe that so far that DYNE is the only one that has the whole home theatre thing going on.

As for me, Upstairs ive got a 600watt Dolby Digital/DTS Kenwood reciever, which is connected via S-video to a 32 inch Television.

Downstairs, ive got a 500watt Dolby Digital/DTS Kenwood Reciever connected to a 27 inch TV. But im excited, because this summer we're going to be getting either a 47 inch or a 53 inch Widescreen(probably Panasonic). Id kinda like an LCD or a plasma, but they are just too much money for my family. We're looking at Projections, some people are kinda under the influence that the picture arent that good on them, but that just isnt true. Some of them have incredible picture. Im excited for this summer, it should be neat to play games and watch movies on.

I put the DVD in the player, then watch it on my TV. No surround sound, no nothing... Not even S-Video, lol. Its wicked.

Oh yeah, I have digital cable. :p I have this neat package where I pay for digital cable and broadband (with hosting) for a nice tidy price.

If I ever make enough money per month in my life to be able to afford digital cable and broadband, and be able to save up enough to buy and HDTV, I'd be a happy man.
