How could anyone take this seriously? Look at all the grammatical errors and the overall tone of the page. Doesn't it look like a baby made that page?

If you had bothered to go to the geocities link, you would notice that it looks pretty real. Its just all over the media right now because its still in the making and not very popular. Some of the recent news on the message board says this:
2/15/2004 - BBC talks about the DBZ Movie and Leonardo DiCaprio was mentioned
1/17/2004 - Title : DragonBall Z: Unlimited / Certification: USA:PG-13
1/12/2004 - Runtime of movie: 176 min
1/12/2004 - Hans Zimmer will make the music of the movie (Source from: http://us.imdb.com)

So it sounds like something real is being made.

And also, LOOK around for any more proof. I just went to movies.yahoo.com typed in dragonball and it shows that a live action DBZ movie IS being made. Here's the link in case your too lazy to check yourself.

There you have it for any people doubting whether its real or not. Grammer errors on one site or not, like I said, go to some legit sites and type in dragonball or something. You'll find the proof. Hell, I dont even give a damn about DBZ but it didn't take me more then 3 minutes to get the proof from a reliable site.
