There has been several of these shows over the years, the most popular is probably SNL and MadTV, but there are others. So what are some of your favorites?

The State, no doubt about it...Funniest show ever that no one ever seems to remember, for shame, and MTV won't release the ****ing DVD's...Besides that, The Upright Citizens Brigade is really funny, SNL is funny depending on cast members and such. I don't know if TV Funhouse counts as sketch comedy, but that was one of my favorites too.
The Amanda Bynes show was kind of good. Actually, I didn't watch it for the comedy, I watched it for Amanda Bynes. AMANDA PLEASE *drool*
Monty Python's Flying Circus is one of the best ones, too. I love watching it. I wish I could buy everything they've ever done. It's awesome.
Benny Hill's great too.

Mr. Show With Bob and Dave.
Any other answer is wrong.
Yes. Even the classic SNL wasn't this good.

MadTV used to be great but now it's ok...I havent seen any re-runs of In Living Color lately, but I remember it being great.
Does Chappelle's show count? If so, it's the funniest thing out now.

SNL is the King of all sketch comedy in my book. I kinda got into MADTV, but I was quickly back to SNL...while sure its not as great as it used to be, its still quite funny at times.

Amanda was HOTT but I don't think I would date someone as ditzy as her, she might be a rocket scientist in real life but the image she puts out completly turns me off to her because I want someone who's smart as well as beautiful and funny :)

But.. but.. she's a brunette.. ;) She's actually pretty smart in real life. Have you seen some of her latest sitcoms or movies? She's pretty funny for a teenager. :P
I was THAT close to naming myself "Byne"!

Actually my brother bought that video a long time ago so we got it for about $15, so that's pretty sweet. And have you ever read the book they made, I think it's called "State by State with The State"?...It's really, really funny..Also, have you seen Wet Hot American Summer? It's directed, written, and starred in by many of The State roster, very good.

Should be 17 or so right now. Same age as I am. :)
