It's a ****ing masterpiece. It's like god used all his power to cultivate such a piece of beauty.

If you've not played it or only played Tactics Advance you're a loser... First is way better.

I know. Dylflon gave me his copy for my birthday. I'm overjoyed. It is so kickass.

The original tactics is the "bomb diggity".

I've spent many an hour enjoying this masterpiece.

It rocks your socks.

Tactics Advanced? Sorry, but I think that game blows compared to the original. It's not bad for people who haven't played the original FFT.

It's kind of what the Suikoden II fans are saying about Suikoden III. Both games are good but Suikoden II is the prime. Trust me Random, try and get the original and play it on your PS2.

Alright, so I was mistaken. Didn't realize there were two titles.

So... for the Gameboy Advance... there's both Tactics Advance and Tactics? I'll make sure to buy the one that looks more like the one I've played on PSX.

EDIT: Aww hell, that's what you were talking about. This is the old school thread.

Well... yeeeah, Tactics is a good game. FFXI is much like it, with the job system.

I first got to play this game last year.

I agree. This is one of my favorite games ever created. It is practically flawless. The job system is so brilliant.

And the story is jaw dropping. It has the greatest story of any game I have ever played. Period. It felt like I was reading an excellent novel or something. It was that good.

Final Fantasy Tactics, I commend you and your greatness.

Hmmm, I've heard a lot of people praise FFT's story line. For some reason, however, I didn't see the excellence in it. Either I didn't get far enough into the game, or I was too distracted by the ugly character sprite for the main character and the terrifying sound effects.

Still a cool strategy game though.

Oh yeah... and in case you guys were wondering, Saiyuki: Journey West is a lot like Tactics, 'cept the jobs aren't so loose for each character, and the story is about that which Dragonball was founded upon.

no no no no no no.

This thread is in the "old school" forum, meaning it is refering to the original final fantasy tactics for the Playstation.

FFTA pales in comparison to FFT.
