Tommy Boy

Thats all I got for all 3 categories. But mainly because I requested other things this year.

I think he was talking about the stuff you got for the ENTIRE year. For example, if you bought a DVD last June, then it goes on the list.

Maybe that is what you got from all three categories, but you said "...I requested other things this year." made me think you thought he was only talking about Christmas.

It's not really that much. If you spend $50 a month, and anyone with a job should make way more than that, you could buy 60 CDs, 30 DVDs, or 12 games. Even if you spend $150 a month, you're only spending $1800 a year, and probably making 10x that.

Um, okay. I was actually referring to the CDs, DVDs, and books that were released last year in 2003, that you had bought last year in 2003.

I actually thought of asking about the stuff you got in 2003, whether it was released that year or not, but then I figured that my post would have been loooooong and booooooring. :) So that's why I decided to just stick with anything that came out in 2003.

I get €600 a month, but I need 90% to pay my rent, my books, my food and university.
From what's left, I buy perhaps 5 games, 2 DVDs, 2 cheap CDs and 1 book a year.
I'm not jealous though, I just think you should all appreciate that you still live with your parents and can spend so much money on stuff like that.

I don't buy CDs and DVDs. No need to.

As for books:
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
Hardcore Zen: Punk Rock, Monster Movies & the Truth About Reality
Osho on Zen : A Stream of Consciousness Reader (yet to read)
Across the Nightingale Floor: Tales of the Otori (reading)

And hundreds of dollars worth of books I was forced to buy for class (dem bastards).
