So I had this idea that everyone could post what CDs they have stored on their computer and we could trade CDs. This way it is perfectly legal. An eye for an eye will make everyone blind. And these have to be the real CDs, nothing off of Kazaa.

So here are the CDs I currently have on my iPod:

1. 20th Century Masters: The Best Of The Who (Millennium Collection) - The Who
2. Abbey Road - The Beatles
3. Any Given Thursday - John Mayer
4. Eagles Greatest Hits Vol. 1 & 2 - The Eagles
5. Bruce Springsteen - Greatest Hits - Bruce Springsteen
6. Greatest Hits Vol. 1 & 2 - Queen
7. Elton John - Greatest Hits 1970-2002 - Elton John
8. Legend - Bob Marley
9. More Than You Think You Are - Matchbox Twenty
10. One More From The Road - Lynyrd Skynyrd
11. Parsley, Sage, Rosemary & Thyme - Simon & Garfunkel
12. Plains - George Winston
13. Quadrophenia - The Who
14. Stanley Climbfall - Lifehouse
15. The Beatles 1 - The Beatles
16. Time Pieces: Best of Eric Clapton - Eric Clapton
17. Tommy - The Who
18. Who's Next - The Who
19. Weathered - Creed
20. Human Clay - Creed
21. 20 Good Vibrations - The Beach Boys
22. Mad Season - Matchbox 20
23. No Name Face - Lifehouse
24. Hybrid Theory - Linkin Park
25. Live at Folsom Field Boulder Colorado - Dave Matthews Band

I'll probably add more later...

im glad someone (gekko) actually pointed that out. cuz as i went down reading each post, i was amazed at how no one was saying it. almost to the point where i was shocked no one mentioned that this is... HIGHLY illegal.

what do you think file sharing networks are? this is EXACTLY what they are except they are a hell of a lot more convenient. you are giving away copyrights of which you do not own. its no differnt then putting up your collection on a music sharing network.

ya shoulda just said you were posting what you own, then privatly contacted each other so no one woulda known of your illegal activities. :D

Well, I would just like to say to anyone that's having doubts that this Music Ring is a sure-fire success. I came here looking for a song, and I found someone else who had, and in less than 24 hours, the friendly customer service contacted me and we immediatley set-up an arrangment for me to pick up my merchandise. And guess how much it cost me? That's right! Absolutley nothing! Thanks Bond's Music Ring Service, for making me feel like a winner! :)

Who's Ghadi?

An influential man in India. He starved himself until he got what he wanted, or until no one cared that he was going to die and he decided to eat something. He went around preaching non-violence and got himself, and many of his followers shot.

And if we have any Hindu folks on this board, I probably offended them. Too ****ing bad, Ghandi is an idiot.

Dylflon
01-02-2004, 01:33 PM
Ghandi is an idiot!?

Are you learning disabled?

Ghandi defeated the ****ing british empire without killing anybody. He won and he didn't have to bring harm to anyone.

Ghandi is a genius. Now I'll let you off the hook because I doubt you even know what you're talking about. But anyone who can beat an empire without bringing harm to anyone is definently smarter than an american soldier who thinks shooting people will make everything better.

gekko
01-02-2004, 01:46 PM
He didn't bring harm to anyone? He got hundreds of his followers killed because they were too stupid to realize what they were doing and just stood there while they got shot. Any smart individual would shoot back. Hell, the dumbass got shot himself.

And the British were obviously willing to leave, otherwise they would've stayed and laughed at Ghadi some more. No one forced them out, no one was going to do anything if Britain decided not to leave. So obviously they were willing to go, and if not, if I was ruling India, Ghandi would've accomplished nothing. The only difference is I would've shot him, and not let some random guy pop his ass in the street.

Now let me explain something to you, 228 years ago Americans went to war with guns, and we are still a free country today. A half-century ago, India was freed from British rule non-violently, and since then the country has seen religious war and has been on the brink of nuclear war. Good job Ghandi! You really got your message across.

Wow Gekko. You astound me.

It's not becasue of Ghandi that India has religious wars. They've always had them.

And Ghandi believed in freedom but not killing others. So did his followers. And they were willing to support their beliefs even if it meant their own deaths. That's called bravery, not stupidity.

So, if you think somebody is stupid for not killing someone else, I feel that you are stupid for thinking that the only solution to a problem is killing. Ghandi sure didn't believe that.

I just think logically. If we all listened to Ghandi, I could take over the world. And I would too, just to prove Ghandi is an idiot.

Weak response.

You could not take over the world if everyone thought the same as Ghandi either. But if everyone thought like Ghandi we'd have world peace.

All you seem to be claiming is that if you're in an argument, it's better to punch the other person than to solve the problem verbally.

Stupidity runs rampant in your post. Actually, lately, it has run rampant in all of your posts. :)

I totally agree with Dylflon on this. Ghandi did what he believed in, and the people who followed him did what they believe in. They got the British out, one way or the other, and they did it the right way. They stood up for what they believed in, through thick and thin, and they got what they wanted. it worked. The fact that it worked should be evidence enough to disproove everything you are saying, no?

So what should I do? Next time someone gets on my nerves, are you saying I should beat him to a bloody pulp instead of trying to work things out, or better yet, just ignoring the person? Thats the dumbest logic Ive ever heard. :)

Good job, and here, take some negative repeth.

If someone has a gun, shoot first. If someone's talking ****, do whatever the hell you want. But if someone has a gun and you try to talk it out, sucks to be you.

Well...it's too bad you prefer killing over talking.

Actually, the religious tension between India and Pakistan is because when Britain left, they created the two countries. The moved all of the Mulsims to Pakistan, and left the Hindus in India. Ghandi wanted everybody to live together in one unified country, but Britain ****ed it up. Kind of similar to the Israel/Palestine problems.

Pff I can't believe someone could NOT respect Ghandi. I'm sorry for giving Gekko +rep in his first post (he didn't say anything bad about him there).
Who was the guy again that thanked God for Hitler???

Without Hitler, we would have no Wolfenstein 3D. You guys always look at the negative in things.

Does anyone have a copy of Stairway to Heaven that came directly from the CD (if you own it) or a CD you borrowed? Or if you have a copy that you downloaded and it doesn't have any glitches and is it a normal volume, that works also. Thanks. :)

I need someone to identify this song so that I download it or get it from someone here who has it.

Here's a small clip of it: http://home.comcast.net/~synthoid/song.mp3

That song is from a movie called Chariots of Fire. The Artist is Vangelis. Amazon.com says the song is called titles, but I doubt most people, especially the ones on Kazaa, know it by that name.

I saw that also, but the name of the song is 'Chariots of Fire.' They sometimes mix up tracks or leave them out completely.
