December 11, 2003 - With recent rumors running rampant on the Internet that Blizzard's StarCraft: Ghost title might 1) be delayed for GameCube or 2) be exclusive to Xbox, IGN felt it necessary to contact the company directly to clear everything up. There's good news for Nintendo fans. Blizzard representatives dismissed both rumors.

"Our plans are, and have always been, to ship StarCraft: Ghost on all three platforms at the same time," a company representative told IGN today. "The game is up and running nicely on all of the platforms, Nova's abilities are all in, and we're refining the levels and vehicle mechanics at this point."
"We will not ship the game for Xbox before we do for PlayStation and GameCube, and we won't incorporate any console-specific exclusives in terms of in-game content," the Blizzard spokesperson added. "We wouldn't want anyone to feel like they're missing out on something just because they own one console and not another."

GameCube fans, rest easy.

IGNcube will have more on the title in the near future. Stay tuned.

Thats great to me but too bad they dont anything about the release date.

Yeah, I saw this. I guess, it looks cool and all. I'm just worried it's going to be too little too late for most people that have been following this game.
