My favorite, by far and large, is Homestar Runner.

I definately encourage you to visit the webpage: www.homestarrunner.com

Particularly the SB Email section once you are familiar with the characters.

I dont read a lot of online comics, but when I do read them, Penny Arcade is my favorite.

My favorite would have to be A Modest Destiny (http://www.squidi.net). Some pretty neat pixel art, a nice storyline, and some of the best characters in a webcomic form to make one of the most entertaining websites on the net.

Pretty darn funny too.

I like Penny Arcade also. I also discovered Angst Technology as of about a month ago. I've been reading through them all, that's over 3 years of a daily comic. I gotten through a little over a year.
