Technically this isnt the city I live in but im within 8 miles of Peoria...so thats the skyline your seeing. Im guessing a lot of other people will do the same think, AKA show a picture of the nearest bigger city thats close.

The nearest city to me is 2 hours away. I dont have a picture of its skyline, or know where to find one, so...yeah.

This is a shot from navy pier. It's about 1/3 of the total skyline.

Well I don't think there are pictures of the city skyline... there are so many different places that are built up around here, scattered around places with no tall buildings at all...

I have a couple different pictures I took myself... They're not very pulled-back... And one is bad quality because it was hazy and there's a reflection from the window... but still...

http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2003-7/264647/sky01.jpg
That's taken from a bridge between Arlington and DC... Looking towards Rosslyn... One of the most built-up places in Arlington...
http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2003-7/264647/sky02.jpg
That's a picture taken from one of the buildings in the first picture... Looking towards DC...

DC doesn't have much of a skyline because there's like... a building... height... limit... I could have found a better picture of DC's 'skyline' but I don't feel like trying...

That's the best one I could find. It's a nice picture but it doesn't show much of Downtown as a whole...

Anyway, its Oklahoma City...

As you can see, the architects here were going for a kind of pre-modern look. And yeah, the dragon's always in the background like that. It's kind of weird at first, but you get used to it.

Pictures Of Sudbury, Ontario, Canada (the most important city in Ontario!)

This is the Big Nickel, which represents Sudbury's history in the Nickel Mining Industry. 10% Of the World's Nickel supply comes from Sudbury.

http://sudbury.foundlocally.com/Images/BigNickel.jpg

Here's the huge superstack (world's biggest smokestack) which pollutes the rest of the world.

http://www.mndm.gov.on.ca/mndm/mines/ims/hist_album/pictures/stack_e.jpg

Sudbury is a famous mining city which produces over 55 000 tons of ore per day. It has the world's largest mining complex, including the world's largest smelter and the world's largest smokestack. The city's "moonscape" has attracted people worldwide, including NASA. It is famous for Nickel and Copper, but also mines dozens of other metals.

It's shaped a little bit like my favorite building in the chicago skyline the Stone Container Building.

This view is from straight on, but when you see it from the side it looks a lot like that building up there.

Yeah, I can't see them either, but are you talking about that building that has the solar power on it or something...well it's slanted, and it's by the Amoco Building. I think it's a building that architects work in, from what my dad has told me. I'm not sure if I'm thinking of the same one though.
