Ok here's the deal . I'm trying to find the codes for the Panasonic VSQS1597 remote control for one of my roomates. If anyone could help me find it I would be bery happy..

whaaa??? you got a new RC and you need a code for the TV for it? cause a booklet with the codes shoulda came with it :unsure:

not a new RC and old RC and a new tv... I lost the book along time ago and I'm tryin g to find the codes

why dont you just get a new remote?!

you could buy a good universal one for like $20 or less...

Go to the manufacturer's website and see if they have the codes online.

Correction: You could buy a crappy universal remote for 20 bucks or less. The buttons always stop working after a few months in those peices of ****.

yeah that and it's not my remote It's my roomates remote for her TV and I'm really not into the mood to buy her something for her tv espically since I pay for the cable

Buy the remote and when you move out someday just smash the hell out of it or take it with you.

Hmm.. that might work but I'm against getting jennifer a remote control.. You should know this but you don't know jennifer do you.. Hmm what are you doing on wednesday ? you should come over to meet my roomates. :P and fix this remote

Yeah I did.. I tried searching by the model number and it said no records on file.

Hm are you sure that's the right number??? Cause I can't find anything on google, nor on panasonic.com. I'd try one of these: http://www.pasc.panasonic.com/OperMan/FindManual.asp?Pass=2 Good luck.
