"According to Jagged Team, Konami of America, Inc. has officially announced plans to co-develop a live action movie adaptation of Silent Hill, Konami's popular survival horror video game franchise. The film will be produced by Davis Films with producer producer Samuel Hadida (True Romance, Brotherhood of the Wolf) and director Christophe Gans (Crying Freeman, Brotherhood of the Wolf).
"Silent Hill is a groundbreaking game with an atmosphere that has mesmerized millions of gamers all over the world - it is scary and clever," said Christophe Gans. "I am very proud to be associated with this game.""
