Okay, so it's like tihs:

There's a girl a kinda like. She's got a good sense of humour and she's pretty. But there's a problem. Her best friend is really weird. And when she's with her best friend, she's really weird too. They can be pretty creepy actually. When she's by herself, she's normal but her friend is crazy all the time. The girl I like even bugs me sometimes when she's with her friend. (Although that's very rare(that she bugs me that it))
She not shy. And she's not subtle either. I'll be sitting in the library doing my Bio homework and she'll sit down and start rubbing my leg.
But her firend makes her weird. When they're together they fantasize (and don't shut up about) all these movie starts they have crushes on. The only real problem is that if I went out with her, I'd have to put up with her best friend all the time. And she'd be around and then the gril i'd like would act weird as well. I can't ask them to stop being friends so what do i do? Do I put up with the extreme annoyingness or do I put up with it and date her?

And her friend is REALLY annoying. Wow!

Just go out with her. If you like her then it's worth putting up with an annoying friend. Remember what jon and paul said "all you need is love".

I agree with BigBoss if you like her and you think she's worth it then leap head first. And try not to fall :)

Lol. For sure. Yeah. I'll talk to her about it. I dn't feel shy around her. Maybe because she is not shy in the least.

go out with her, then when your in a relationship talk to her about her friend and tell her that you feel embarased, and uncomfortable when she's weird like that...she'll understand if she likes you :p

Well, actually, I seem to recall a certain Wilson posting a thread asking for help about his relationship with his wife and another women, there was some good advice in that thread :D.

this is a good place to turn to for some advice people give some great responses and tips, i know that in the past i have asked for some advice and have gotten great results from this forum =-D

Jason it's because that the people here don't know you. (Unless they know you in person) anyways as I was saying, They don't know you so they don't judge you on the way you act. They just tell you how they would handle things in your place and let you go from there.

Wow, it is amazingly wierd how much we are in the same boat. Some people on here know that I have a girlfriend, we started going out about a month ago. Her best friend is a fairly normal person, my girlfriend isnt that normal, but anyway...when you put the two together (which is almost all the time) they are really strange.

My girlfriend hits on her all the time (jokingly, of course, she's not that way or she wouldnt be dating me) and its usually funny. The problem is, when her friend is around (which is all the time) she gets nearly all of her attention. I have to wait untill its just the two of us to talk and stuff. I talked to my girlfriend the other day about it, and she said she understood what I was saying, and things have been better since. So I say you should date her, and just get her alone as much as possible, which isnt going to happen at school, so you should schedule things to do with her after school and on the weekends. If she is not giving you enough, then tell her about it. If she really likes you, she will understand.

Well I don't need anymore advice. It didn't work out. Before I talked to her about it, she told me how much she likes a good friend of mine. I don't feel bad though. (I'm trying to set them up =-D )

My friend has never had a girlfriend so I think it would be good for him. I'd be real happy if they got together. I'd rather she dated my friend than some jerk.

Good for your friend! My girlfriend that I have now is my first girlfriend ever, and Im 16. Im not embarrased by that at all btw, I think its honorable and I am proud that I waited so long until I loved someone enough to ask them out. If he loves her like I love my girl, then he is in for the time of his life, and he is going to be wondering why he waited so long...but then he will know.
