well if ya ask me , the only thing the snake eater trailer has over twin snakes is that it contains sceens from actual gameplay (on the other hand the cinimatics in twinsnakes are mind numbing). other than that
im goin for twin snakes all the way.

Better trailer? Well, both are pretty good. I'm more interested in Sanke Eater though, but Twin Snakes is looking cool.

I prefer the trailer for Snake Eater over Twin Snakes by quite a bit.
Here's Why:
- Twin Snakes shows absolutely no gameplay, it's just a long cinematic.
- Twin Snakes spoiled a lot of the story line for new players. And since it's for GC and not PS2, I assume there will be loads of new players.
- Snake Eater focused on gameplay additions, as well as the improved graphics.
- Snake Eater made the setting clear without giving away the story.
As for the games, Twin Snakes is just a remake... and the graphics aren't awe-inspiring (though a wonderful improvement from the original). Snake Eater is new and will have an intriguing story line, by the looks of it. It has wonderful graphics that aren't rounded out like Twin Snakes', and the gameplay looks intense.
The Twin Snakes trailer needed to show more of the gameplay, than give away the details.
P.S. By the way, haven't you previously made super fanboy-ish remarks with little reason for deduction, Dwelzy? ¦¬Þ

I agree... I haven't played through MGS1 before, only 2. The triler seems to give off much more info on the game than I had ever seen in a MGS2 or MGS3 trailer.
I would still love to play it... but I doubt it will have the shock value of MGS2. Hell, when I played MGS2 I didn't even know Jack (Raiden) was in the game as a main character. I didn't believe he wasn't snake until he took off his mask on the elevator. How they hid it was beauty.
MGS3 seems to be the same way. MGS:TS has no chance in hell of shocking me like MGS2 :p.... I don't even think MGS3 can do it, we already know in MGS3's case that Snake isn't the main character unless he was a robot his whole life or he used a time machine ;)

I might be one of the few who hasn't been spoiled by the movies since I haven't really seen any, only screens. Thankfully so, since I didn't really play MGS1 that much anyways.
And you never know, there could still be surprises that Konami/Silicon Knights won't reveal until the game is released;)

I havn't seen either of the new trailers, but obviously I'm looking forward to MGS3 more since it's a totally new game...
As for the trailers giving away too much, the RE Remake trailers gave away quite a bit too... I guess it's because the developers figure the games are quite old, so most people have probably played them, or at least already heard people talk about the story and such... So they might as well just show off all the pretty new polished parts of the game...
