As stole from Gekko....
Do you think there will be a Sonic Adventure 3?
If you've beat Sonic Adventure 2, you realize the plot goes a little like:
- Shadow's best friend happens to be Maria, and he does everything for her
- Robotnik is no longer an evil person after he realizes his grandfather (who he looked up to), was trying to destroy Earth
- Maria wants Shadow to save Earth, and in the process, he dies
Now, add that with the fact that the game was released 10 years after the first, came with the Sonic history book, and a sequel becomes iffy. After 10 years they basically wrapped up the plot. Why Robotnik was evil, what turns him away from being evil, his family, his grandfather's work.
In a sense, Sonic Adventure 2 wraps up the entire series. Leaving little room for another game. Shadow is dead, and without a doubt, he was one of the better characters in the game. So he won't be back. Dr. Robotnik is no longer looking to take over the world, so the main enemy is no longer there.
In some ways, it's a good thing they're wrapping it up. These Tails and Knuckles missions are so stupid. They should have action roles like they did when the series began. Maybe have Tails fly his plane in one. But these shooting/treasure hunts are what prevented me from beating SA2 on DC. So boring.
So what do you think the possiblity is for a Sonic Adventure 3?
Well I have my takes..But read his first
