The following RPGs have been confirmed to be at the Tokyo Game Show:
Final Fantasy XII (Square Enix)
Kingdom Hearts 2 (Square Enix)
Dragon Warrior VIII (Square Enix)
Drakengard (Square Enix)
Suikoden IV (Konami) (Proof: http://gamingnow.net/html/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=722)
Xenosaga Episode II (Namco/Monolith)
Also, there are rumours of ICO 2, Dark Cloud 3, and Lunar 3 also being shown at the Tokyo Game Show. Dark Cloud 3 and Lunar 3 have been confirmed to be in the works, but if they will actually be at TGS is unknown.
OMFG! Suikoden IV!! I so can't wait. Now, if only Square Enix would make Chrono 3... this generation's RPG collection would be complete. I also want every game on that list. TGS will be so awesome... better than E3.

Update on Suikoden IV:
Scheduled for a Japanese PS2 release in 2004 and set to debut via video at the show, this new entry is said to be set upon the seas, with the story progressing on a chain of islands. Character designs for this title are being handled by Kawano Junko, the character designer from the original game. So far, only the main character and someone who seems to be his friend have been revealed. The main character's name is currently unknown, but the friend is named Snow.
Konami is making lots of improvements to the engine from part 3, with much more realistic-looking characters and far improved graphics.
----------
"Chain of islands?" Looks like Suikoden IV will be taking place on the Queendom Of Falena and the Island Nations south of the Toran Republic.
Also I hope they don't make the characters too realistic... I mean, better than Suikoden III is good, but I don't want it like FFX or Xenosaga.
-------------
EDIT: Additional Information (although not all of it is confirmed)
*PS2, 2004 Release
*Kawano Junko (Character Designer for Suikoden I) is the director and character designer.
* Island Nations
* Nameless Tenkai Star - Player sets it at start
* Rune of Punishment (Batsu no Monsyo)
* Soul Eater Rune
* Apparently one of the 4 other revealed characters is a Silverberg
* One character appears to be named Snow
* Polygon (more realistic looking that Suikoden III)
* And there's a surprise character (aka: WTF is he/she doing there)
-----
Since the original creator of the series left mid way through Suikoden III... it's good to hear that someone who has worked on the series before is now the director. Also... if there's actually the Soul Eater in the game... and a surprise character... that could lead to something, heh. I wonder...

Aaah... Aaaaah! Oooh, I'm gonna soil myself with all this excitement, I tell you! If it's the Queendom of Falena... what if the surprise character is Georg, even? Rune of Punishment on him, maybe. Soul Eater? Oh man, this is too cool. Snow? Perhaps... related to Sierra somehow? I don't have the slightest idea.
Heh, and Xenosaga character's don't look very realistic. But I do hope that Suikoden IV maintains the animé-esque feel.
If this game is done correctly... I dare say, it may be as good as Suikoden II.

ROFL =-D Your going to loose your virginity to a video game.
Anyway, yeah, this is really good stuff. Kingdom Hearts 2 is at the very tip top of my list. I earned the extra preview at the end of KH1 by getting all the dalmations and unlocking everyworld and beating the hades cup. For anyone who didnt earn it, you should have. I can already tell its going to be a kick @$$ game. I need to get Suikoden III. I havnt played it, and Crono keeps telling me its awesome.

It's male, I do believe... hmmm, maybe the Suikoden I character designer was a bad choice. Suikoden II is where it's at.

Awesome, Crono Link. The character art is different than usual, but I like it.
