Final Fantasy Tactics Advance has arrived!

Well, for me it has arrived. For the rest of you, you'll have to wait a few more days. ;)

Anywho, I played about 2 hours of it today. It's awesome fun like you won't believe. You couldn't have possibly dreamed for a better FFT on the GBA. There are so many new and different things going in the game, I just can't wait to play more! I never really played too much of Final Fantasy Tactics for PSone (just didnt have the time), but now I can see what I've been missing. This is a wonderful game, and from what I can see so far, its MASSIVE. I would definitely pay the price of a console game for FFTA, so as a cheap $30 GBA game, you couldn't possibly find a better way to spend that money.

It kicks ass, I love it, can't wait to play more.

I know the English ROM has been out for weeks, already. What laws have you been restricted by so far? Fissionmailed here had this "no attacking" rule, it sounded fun.

I have received many laws so far. One time I was restricted everything except the item command, holy crap what a battle that was.

Also, FFT on Playstation owns this game like a mother fudger... No, seriously, the Playstation one is about a million times better. It's a masterpiece, but this game is still cool.

PS: I bought Disgaea Hour of Darkness and am playing it on my friends PS2. The game is awesome, very awesome.... very, very, very fuc***g awesome...

You're probly right about FFT on PSone being better, but for a GBA game, FFTA is excellent. Definitely a good purchase.

Yes.

The ROM has been out for a few weeks which is a good thing;) I just beat the game today (cheated with infinite HP, but I wasn't planning on buying the game anyways). One of the best RPG's for the GBA/SP/P. The only thing that bothered me was the equipment interface. A little clunky and it's hard to see which weapon is better when comparing 2 before equipping one.

I now own FFTA!!! It's cool. I won't say it's awesome. It's good though. I find that I hate the law system. Though I've yet to be arrested or anything. I hate the way moogles look in this game. Viera are cool. I like them, they are hot. I have no clue how to open up new jobs to my characters, please don't tell me. I'll figure it out myself. Nu Mou are stupid, and Bangaa is a gay name for lizard people. The story is pretty cool so far though, and I'm really interested in furthering it.

So well, go buy it.

Hmm FFT was like 2x better than Tactics ogre. Tactics ogre takes way too long to comple battles. Its story was sorta lacking in my opinion. So considering all that junk FFTA is just a little bit of a letdown, but still one of the best SRPGs I've ever played. In other words, yes FFTA and FFT are better than Tactics Ogre.

I'm not sure that i would but it but FFTA looks like the game to buy. Ive played all the FF's but Mystic Quest ( i heard it sucked by many resources though im not sure ). so should i but FFTA or save it for Botkai, im not sure what to do.
