well, if ya'll don't want to join you don't have to... like I said in the other thread, you will always have a chance of being pushed up...

Right now the only perk of joining is having a group of buddies who would help you if you are lagging behind in level... and pretty much access to more of the FFXI world a lot sooner than you would normally get it.

Either join, or remove yourself from the usergroup until you do want to join.

Also, I don't know if anyone knows about this yet, but you can take pictures while playing the game. We should make some sort of photo album (including a big group picture with everyone in it) for the clan. Not right away though, but eventually. I was thinking of putting Rndm in charge of Bastok. I'll have to think the Windurst situation over... because I know you're desperate to be the Windurst leader.. but I don't want to just take happydude position away.

i dont really wanna take Bastok since all the magic is in windurst...and since im a black mage, my best place would be there...as for leadership of windurst, i just think that with as much experience as i have with online games, particularly MMORPGS, and the time i spend on gaming which is well over 25 hours a week :unsure:, that i would be best suited, i also am ready to take on the responsibility of being one of the leaders.

but...since i wont be getting the game till Nov. 15th (stupid EB thinking they can delay it...bastards!) you could be leader till then :p...which is probably the most crucial time anyway :) so you can take over until i get the game...but the final decision rests with crono now...so, may the best man...umm...be picked...yeah, thats it :p

Okay, here's my plan. The main point for each division is to fight and get conquest points for that country. Well, what we could do is have a fouth division that is not dedicated to certain country, and instead of getting conquest points they could go and fight in other areas and defeat those really strong bosses or something. It's just a though, I'll habve to put more thinking into it, but if you have any ideas let me know. And we would need someone to lead this division.

Anywho, I think Dylflon should take it for several reasons:
- He's a freakin' zealot. He'll be online when we need him
- He's been wanting a leadership for a long time
- He seems rather intelligent

Anywho, I think Dylflon should take it for several reasons:
- He's a freakin' zealot. He'll be online when we need him
- He's been wanting a leadership for a long time
- He seems rather intelligent

All good traits for leadership. However, I wonder... would you be able to handle your underlings? That is, handling disrespect appropriately, not being biased... *laughs* No, no... it's not you, but me, really.

better yet why have a leader just make a "band of brothers" type thing. it would be better for the group to just plan there movements in the group rather than have a leader telling them where to go and the strongest person in the group become the "figure head" just as long as they stay the most powerful person they stay the figure head.

it would make more sence since they relly dont have a country to work for. there should be no real overpowering leaders except crono and other really high officers/officals.
