Madden 2004 Online Users

I tell ya. some Madden online users are absolutely Horrific!

I have played some players who are horrific on the field.

they absolutely have no clue how to play this game, well at least how to win! hehe

There are some people who don't have a clue on how to play Madden 2004.

They will sometimes Pass all the time. or throw only deep! or they just run!..

And some don't punt.. and then get creamed because they gamble all the time.

First word of advice!... PUNT THE BALL!

If you punt the ball, you give your defense the advantage of having alot of room to work with!

if you dont' and you fail to get a first down. your opponent pretty much has scored!

And I don't know anyone who will NEVER be scored on. someone will always score on you.

I played a game today.. where the guy did nothing but throw deep. predictable, and easily stoppable! he never ran the ball once.

all I did was go Dime Flat and blitz the hell out of him.. he had no chance.

Come on people, get some creativity!! don't be so predictable! because you guys are boring and easy to beat.. and you make football look bad! haha

I believe that there should be a class for these bums who don't know how to play!

I have played Madden since 1992 when Sega Genesis had the game. and I know pretty much every trick in the book. and I create some great plays and killer defenses! so I do know Madden.. and well.. if you want to be the best.. you must play the game the way its meant to be played!

I suggest that you allll... learn how to play. because one day.. you'll get slaughtered 90-10 and you'll wonder why! hehe

well if they are out there playing. effectivly, they ARE infact 'learning' how to play. they'll get it sooner or later.

Altho from when i played online NHL 2003, they was like differnt 'rooms' or chat area's that you could goto to find someone to play. and the differnt area's would be from beginner to expert. you pick the one you want to be on. Altho it wouldnt work all the time cuz some think they're great or some good just want to pick on little ones. whathaveyou. but at least it gave some kinda of effort.

madden doesnt have that? or anything like it?

Being that you have many years of madden experience...what would be your best adivice to new players that are trying to understand how to play defense? Also, if you have the time, how to play call on offense against constant blitz. Thanx
