Well today I got a mail from someone on my hotmail contact list and it said...A virus has been passed to me. My address book was infected. Since you are in my address book, you will probably find it in your computer, too. The virus (called jdbg.exe) is not detected by Norton or McAfee Anti-virus systems. The virus sits quietly for 14 days before damaging the system. It is sent automatically by 'messenger' and by address book, whether or not you sent e-mail to your contacts. And this is the file name jdbgmgr.exe Well I tried to search for it and delete it but it just came back. I don't really know what else to do....could someone help me, my parents will be pissed...damn

helpful hint. always search online for the so called viruses.

[edit] little more info. Its a hoax man. its not a virus. dont worry about it.

the file is a java file. and most ppl who have java have that file on thier system. java recreates it thats why it comes back.

theres nothing wrong.

Yes, searched for it earlier after I tried a bunch of different methods of deleting it...and I found out that it was a hoax....I was kind of pissed. There was no way for me to be sure if it was really a virus or not....well thanks anyway.
