Yes, I know these aren't GBA games, but they work on GBA, and nobody visits the Retro section anymore. Anyway, click here. (http://white-cat.virtualave.net/pfiles/catchmew.htm)

It's pretty easy, and you can use it to get any Pokemon.

I can't believe I actually owned a Pokemon game. :distress:

Thankfully that piece of crap is long gone.

Hm, sounds good... but I don't feel like starting all over again! :( Not after I got all 150 pokémon! Of course I could buy Stadium again and transfer them.. hum not sure.
Is there a way to get it in G/S/C?? :D

I won't believe it until you've tried it yourself and told me it works. I've heard so many different methods of catching Mew with procedures similar to that one. Although RBY were pretty buggy, with that Missingno. and rare candy trick also.

But I have a GameShark and with that I can catch it at any level and teach it any moves I want. I love my Magikarp that knows FireBlast and Fly! :)

But, those days are long gone, I could never go back to RBY now that R&S are out.

lol, for some reason i don't believe it, probably because any hairbrained idiot could come up wih some wacky way to make a glitch happen in the game, just because he posted it, it doesn't mean its true, for example i have another way to get mew in pokemon:

first thing you need to do is go buy pokemon stadium, now you remove the your pokemon R/B/Y and you jam it into the bottom of the stadium cartridge until you hear the cracking sound that indicates its been done correctly, next take a sledge hammer *iron man brand works best*, and destroy the pokemon R/Y/B until it is as flat as a paper, *may require multiple cartridges as is hard to achieve first time*, than you take the flattened cartridge, boil it in water mixed with a shreds of a ripped "mew" pokemon card *trainers deck, first edition* and once this is complete you do the same with your gameboy and you go out, buy an xbox and play a decent game like Halo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I SWEAR this works. I tried it, and got Mew. Lucky for me I didn't fight the Nerd before, or the Youngster.

I also got Ekans, then evolved it to Arbok with the Ditto glitch. Now I have all 151.

I SWEAR IT WORKS!!! I could rip my butt off trying to make you believe this. And as far as I can see, there aren't any side effects.
