I'm a little confused on this one, two sources say it's being developed by Namco, but another says it's Taito. Maybe it's developed by Taito and published by Namco, who knows.
Garmon Battle appears to be a mix of PokeMon, Monster Rancher and any of those other monster catching/raising games. You are basically allowed to create your own creature using similar technology to that found in the PS2 game Color Quest. You are then able to raise your creature, and use it in various modes including story, versus battle, and monster exchange among others.
Here are some rather early screens of the game, it is expected in Oct for Japan, no word on a US release, but Color Quest made it over so who knows.
