Happy Birthday Mr. Famicom. 20 years later and you finally stop being made. But 20 years of greatness is more then enough.
Now we just wait until October when the NES turns 20. (US)

They've come a long way in 20 years...I wonder where the industry will be in another 20 years...

Of course, our Nintendo looked nothing like that, atleast mines didn't look like that.

Also, you never know, I mean the NES was released a bit after the Famicon in the States so maybe NOA will have something special to celebrate that?

Not this October. The Famicom was originally released in 1983. The NES wasn't released until a few years later in 1986 or '87...I forget :p

But it wasn't the same year as the Famicom so the NES is not turning 20 this October.

Oh man...That looks amazing! I'd love to get my hands on a Famicom SP...It just makes me sad to see my broken Famicom in the corner...stupid built-in controllers.

I think it was released in '85, because I was born that year. But ummm....the NES will finally be 18. He'll be legal for some things now.
But it was my mistake. Thanks for correcting it:)
