View Full Version : Random Acts of Stupidity

I'm amazed that the media can pin any violent act i.e. carjackings and school shootings on video games. Last I checked, not every video gamer was a gun toting lunatic.
Now, this may shock you. Violence existed many years before the invention of the video game. In the medieval times, people didn't have video games and they managed to kill eachother just fine.
The most absurd connections have been made. A CNN reporter stated the Flight Sims helped trained suicide bombers.
The point is, video games don't make people violent.
They just give violent people ideas.

I see the point of your topic..sort of, but isn't it kind of stupid to talk about if there is no article or anything that would get into more detail about the topic...

There's always books. How come they never mention books about guns and stuff? Books are responisble for deaths then. Which means no more Harry Potter, you could smack a broomstick ova somebodies head!
Why does it always resort to video games? Morons.
