Well, I doubt anyone here will be able to help you. Perhaps you could try the GameFaqs forums or the GameAdvice forums.

There's only one trick... When you get your airship, fly to a destination in the desert and you'll find Tidu's weapon that has Double AP. After that, Tidus' AP will fly, seriously, you'll be leveling up really fast.
After beating certain monsters at the Monster Arena, you'll get Triple AP weapons for all your characters. Triple AP means after every battle with a strong enemy, regardless of how much of the sphere grid you have filled up, you'll at least get 2 levels after each battle. That's the only "trick" to it. I don't know anything about Gameshark though, but this works very well. You have to be pretty far into the game though.
My characters are all done with everything in the sphere grid with maxed stats, and still, after each battle with a Behemoth, I get 2 level ups with Triple AP equiped.

make a weapon with
overdrive to ap
triple ap
triple overdrive
doulble ap or overdrive
set your overdrive mode to the one that when character your takes damage its overdrive goes up then go fight the tonberry king and have the person with the weapon die a few time then when the fight is over you should have 99 S.levels since it should give you like 1000000 ap

Don't you mean Don Tonberry? Also, the suicide character should have killed as much enemies as possible and have as few HP as possible. :)

it also helps if your other two characters have the same weapon and are set to gain when allies take damage as they will gain almost as much as the suicide character did.

Okay, I stayed up all last night doing this, so listen up.
First, to easily get weapon with Triple AP already on them, fighting the One-Eye in the Monster Arena is a good place to start. They are also very lucrative for selling, so keep that in mind. To get One-Eye, if you don't already have him, capture 4 flying eye creatures from: The Omega Ruins, Mi'ihen, Thunder Plains, Gagazet, and Macalania. Those are the five major areas to target. That should unlock it for you.
The weapon should have at least one empty slot, so that you can put Overdrive to AP ability on it. To put that on a weapon, you'll need the item Door to Tomorrow (10x) Bribing a Mech Leader with about 74,000 gil should get you 2 or 3 of these. That's the easiest way to get them. With another extra slot, Triple Overdrive should be put on the Weapon. This takes the item Winning Formula (30x) Bribing a Sand Worm with 900,000 gil wields 15 at a time.
With the weapon set, you need to have captured all the creatures in the Cavern of the Stolen Fayth, to get Don Tonberry in the Monster Arena. The character you want to level up should have their Overdrive mode set to Comrade. It's also helpful to have one or two peopel on the party with Auto-Pheniox, and about 50 or so in stock.
While fighting Don Tonberry, try not to attack with the person you want to level up. Otherwise, try to attack with the other two characters as much as possible. They'll die with every attack, but that's what the Auto-Pheniox is for. Draw the battle out as long as possible. By the end, you should have a ton of AP.
And that's how you do it, Ladies and Gentlemen!
