Private schools aren't on the list. That's why my high school isn't there.
You can find my college on the U.S. News and World Report list, though. :D

My high school isn't on the list :( but when I went their we won an award calling us a "Presidental Blue Ribbon School of National Excellence" I think. Our principal met President Clinton. Guess that holds no weight now.

nope, mine's not up there. One reason could be that we're only a second year school, but the other reason could be because we're...simply not up there

My school got the National Blue Ribbon thing too in 1999, 2000, and 2001 in Pennsylvania, but it's not up there.

That is my first high school. I am shocked that the school I graduated from is not on there.
But of course, it was kind of considered to be a private school so maybe its not allowed to be on the list.

That list doesn't say what the best schools are--- it says which schools dumb down their AP programs enough for the averege student to take them-- the public school I used to attend, is great, incredible SAT's, wonderful education, but they only let kids into AP's who they feel can do well in a class that truly is on a college level... not just anyone who feel like taking it.

Well remember, Kitana85, that the list gives scores according to how many people get passing grades on the AP. I personally think that should mean grades of 4 or 5 because getting a 3 is really quite easy to do. But the list does have some standards.

I agree on that one. I got a three on the English grammar AP and I wasn't in an AP class and didn't study for it at all.
